Thomas M. Menino, who worked closely with four Harvard presidents on projects in Allston and the Longwood Medical Area, among others, during his record five terms at the mayor of Boston, died on Thursday morning. He was 71. Here are some highlights of the former mayor's relationship with Harvard.
