Riding its best defensive first half of the season, the Harvard men’s basketball team started off fast and never looked back. After allowing only 13 first-half points, the Crimson (15-2, 1-0 Ivy) was buoyed by one-sided runs and a balanced offensive attack, as it took down George Washington (6-11, 0-2 A-10), 69-48, Saturday afternoon at Lavietes Pavilion.
