Ingredients:
2 heaping teaspoons brewed coffee
Small bowl of vanilla yogurt
A few pieces Cracklin’ Oat Bran
Cinnamon
Mix coffee into yogurt. Stir until color is consistent. Place cereal in the design of your choice on top. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
Sushi Salad
Ingredients:
1 cup rice
4 cucumber slices
1 teaspoon edamame
Soy sauce
Cover rice with cucumber and edamame. Drizzle with soy sauce.
Apple Peanut Butter Crunch
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons peanut butter
3 teaspoons granola
1/2 apple, cut into pieces
Honey
Cinnamon
In a bowl, mix peanut butter and granola. Place apple pieces on top. Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with cinnamon.
