The Cambridge Police Department responded to a seven-car crash on John F. Kennedy St. outside of El Jefe’s shortly before 9:30 p.m. Wednesday.

A Black Toyota, which eyewitnesses said was speeding down the street, spun and collided with seven cars. One car was driving and six were parked.

Peter Danilov, a Somerville resident who saw the crash, said the Toyota flipped twice before landing upright, crashing into the parked cars.

“It actually flipped on its roof, skidded a bit more, and then did another 180, landing back on its wheels, and landed there,” Danilov added.

There were no injuries, according to CPD officers present. As of 10 p.m., the block of John F. Kennedy St. from Mt. Auburn St. to Brattle St. was shut down, with multiple police and fire vehicles still on the scene.

This is a developing story and will be updated.
