It’s the most wonderful time of the year... again! Well, St. Patrick’s day might get less attention than Christmas, but if you’re looking for drunken loved-ones and awkward family moments, St. Patty can give St. Nick a run for his money.

March 17th is a merry ‘ole time for Irish and alcoholics alike, so why not celebrate with “The Boondock Saints,” a Boston-based cult film about how being Irish and kicking ass go hand in hand.

TAKE A SHOT…



1. Every time the brothers MacManus do something in unison, like fingering the rosary, taking a shot of whiskey, or serving up justice with an ass-kicking.

2. Every time someone drops the F-Bomb. Take two shots if someone drops it more than 8 times in one sentence. Go ahead, count.

3. When you hear the baptism reference while the brothers are in prison. Actually, take six shots, you dirty heathen.

4. Every time Willem Dafoe, playing a cop, reminds you of a J. Crew model that’s been run through a trash compactor.

5. Every time Dafoe mocks someone by assuming a false accent.

6. Every time Dafoe does his police work with loud, melodramatic classical music in the background.

7. Every time Dafoe sends the incompetent Boston-PD detective for coffee.

8. OK, we can’t name ‘em all so just take a shot whenever Dafoe does something annoying.

9. When you see the Harvard motto written on one of the brothers’ left hands.

10. Every time Ron Jeremy appears on screen as a mob boss who eerily resembles Oprah.
