Man Who Managed Clients for High-End Cambridge Brothel Network Pleads Guilty
Matthew W. Mahan ’05 and Michael R. Blickstead ’05 won the presidential and vice presidential elections of the Undergraduate Council.
Mahan beat out his three opponents Joshua A. Barro ’05, Aaron S. Byrd ’05 and Jason L. Lurie '05 in a vote open to all College students that ended today at 11:59 a.m.
3,077 students voted, down from last years' record turnout of 3,266 voters, the council's election commission announced this evening.
Byrd came in second followed by Barro and Lurie a distant third and fourth, respectively. Byrd garnered 1,155 first place votes in round one versus 1,495 for Mahan. Barro earned 255 and Lurie amassed 126 first place votes.
Mahan will succeed Rohit Chopra '04 and Blickstead will take the place of Jessica R. Stannard-Friel '04.
