As always, all goes to hell when Agent Mulder (David Duchovny) and Agent Scully (Gillian Anderson) investigate a rare Asian breed killer dog responsible for several murders. Guest cast includes Andrew Robinson, Garak from "Star Trek: Deep Space Nine," playing a cryptozoologist.

MONDAY MARCH 29

ALLY MCBEAL

"It's My Party" and "Story of Love"

A double dose of Ms. McBeal. In the first show, Ally (Calista Flockhart) lands in jail for wearing short skirts, Elaine makes condoms with customized phrases ("Take a number" for Ally), and Elaine's friend files suit against a feminist mag after being fired for being Baptist. In the second show, Ally lands in jail again for getting into a sidewalk scuffle (she does a spin kick!), a terrible unisex bathroom accident befalls Stefan, Cage's pet frog, and Ally represents a woman being sued for throwing her best friend into a garbage canister.

Harry (French Stewart) becomes Uncle Abe (Jack Carter) for a day, complete with raspy voice and love for cigars. Sally (Kristen Johnston) finds sisterly love in cousin Michelle, and Tommy (Joseph Gordon-Levitt) can't understand why cousin Janine gets grossed out by his romantic advances.

"The Reluctant Hero"

Dawson (James Van Der Beek) and Joey (Katie Holmes) win a film competition, but this does little to alleviate the show's unending teen angst. Dawson's dad (John Wesley Shipp) moves into a new apartment, Pacey (Joshua Jackson) finds out he may have to repeat his sophomore year, Dawson watches Jen (Michelle Williams) get trashed and trashy at a party, and Jack and Joey go out on a date, much to Dawson's consternation.

"A Family Album"

A chance to catch up on the whole crew as the actors reminisce about past episodes. Behind-the-scenes footage, the stars' earliest acting jobs and interviews with producers fill the rest of the hour.

Rachel (Jennifer Aniston) dates Danny (George Newbern) but grows uneasy when she sees his "closeness" with his visiting sister (Julie Lauren).
