Junior middle hitter Katherine Hart was named to the All-Ivy first team and freshman setter Mindy Jellin was named Co-Rookie of the Year in the Ivy League when the year-end volleyball awards were announced yesterday.

Sophomore outside hitter Erin Denniston was selected for the All-Ivy first team and senior outside hitter Linda Jellison was an honorable mention.

Hart averaged 2.78 kills, 2.85 digs and had a team-high 107 blocks, good for sixth-best in the league.

Jellin, who shared the top rookie position with Princeton's Michelle Buffum, finished third in the league in assists with an 11.58 average while totaling 973 assists.

Denniston, who was named to the All-Tournament team at the Ivy League Tournament last weekend, was fourth in the league with a 3.74 kills per game average.

Jellison, a team co-captain, averaged 3.22 kills per game for eighth place in the league.

The team finished 20-13 on the season with a 5-2 Ivy record. The Crimson lost 3-2 to Princeton in the Ivy League Championship match.
