The Harvard University Police Department (HUPD) issued a community advisory yesterday after a woman was assaulted on Bow Street Monday evening.
The suspect, described as a black male of small build wearing a navy blue or black coat and light brown pants, allegedly grabbed the victim from behind. He ran away after the victim began screaming, according to the advisory.
The Cambridge Police Department (CPD), which also responded to the report, classified the incident as a sexual assault. No further information was available from the CPD.
Police advised anyone with information about the incident to call the CPD Criminal Investigations Unit at 349-3370.
