Harvard has legitimate financial concerns, and it should be able to take certain steps to address them. If HUCTW workers cannot accept the reduced level of benefits offered by Harvard, perhaps they should seek employment elsewhere. Harvard is not obligated to offer a full complement of rich benefits to all of its employees. Furthermore, it is quite reasonable to draw a distinction between Harvard professors and clerical workers and then treat the two groups differently.
