Students who choose to withhold funding from the Undergraduate Council should not have to justify their rationales. Perhaps they are obvious--dissatisfaction with the council is rampant. But perhaps students have personal reasons for declining to contribute, and we should respect the privacy of those students.

Making clear who has contributed and who has not would unfairly subject some students to inappropriate scrutiny from classmates and council members.
