Poor Coverage, Poor Excuses

TO THE EDITORS OF THE CRIMSON:

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

The commentary by Sports Editor John Trainer that appeared in The Crimson Friday, April 16, only reaffirmed what I have suspected about The Crimson all along: that it is a mediocre newspaper run by mediocre reporters hiding behind Ivy covered walls. To use the excuse of being too busy, having too many papers due or exams to take is unacceptable when addressing any form of reporting. Those excuses only support the original accusation, directed by the Radcliffe Crew in a letter, that the sports staff at The Crimson hypocritically doesn't believe women's teams warrant as much coverage as the men's.
