These three candidates and Independent Timothy J. Toomey, Jr. (photo not available) are still eligible for the three remaining council seats. Incumbent Thomas W. Danehy has 1617 votes, which will be transferred to the remaining candidates this morning. Candidates who meet the quota--2696 votes--are declared elected. Should no one meet quota after Danehy's votes are transferred, the top three vote-getters will be declared elected. Walsh now has 2290 votes, Toomey 2129, Russell 1938, and LaRosa 1872.
