Man Who Managed Clients for High-End Cambridge Brothel Network Pleads Guilty
A news account on March 2 incorrectly identified four doctors on a fact-finding team sponsored by Physicians for Human Rights. Drs. Bennett Simon and Leon Shapiro are associate clinical professors of psychiatry at Harvard Medical School; Dr. Jennifer Leaning is director of emergency services for the Harvard Community Health Plan. The leader of the team, H. Jack Geiger, is a professor of community medicine at the City University of New York Medical School.
We wish to clarify that, according to Dr. Simon, the team believes Israeli, but not United Nations estimates of the number of injured Palestinians, to be below actual totals. In addition, the team did not find that the Israelis had used "dumdum" bullets against rioters.
