The Harvard men's hockey team named its 92nd captain and handed out several awards at a banquet at the Harvard Club in Boston last night.
The Crimson's new captain for the 1987-'88 campaign, elected by team vote, is Steve Armstrong.
1986-'87 award recipients were as follows:
MVP--Mark Benning, Lane MacDonald
Most Improved Player--Dickie McEvoy, Don Sweeney
Cooney Weiland Award--Armstrong, Allen Bourbeau
JV MVP--Scott McCormack
