THE GENERAL TENOR of the majority opinion is correct: the Ad Board has taken a step in the right direction, and there are several more steps which it should take. However, the Ad Board should not allow accused students to confront those who are called as witnesses.

Harvard is a tight-knit community, and students called as witnesses by the Ad Board should not have to face the anger of their roommates or the guys down the hall.
