In regard to The Crimson's lead story of April 4: Can anyone seriously deny that Kennedy School Dean Graham Allison's explanation of the Edwin Meese controversy is a superb example of the essence of decision? And would not the dean's bold and courageous stance in the face of widespread criticism be deserving of...a medal? Howard P. Segal Lecturer on the History of Science
