Several Harvard skiers competed in the Eastern Championships at Middlebury this weekend.

Lucy Macmillan and Manya Deehr placed 31st and 30th, respectively in the women's 7.5 K cross-country race and the Harvard relay team earned an eighth-place finish.

Freshmen Per Arne Weiner and Dave Wood finished 34th and 42nd in the giant slalom and Weiner was 30th in the slalom. Senior Bill Kealey came in 44th in the men's 15 K.

Men's Fencing

The Harvard men's fencing team dropped an 18-9 decision to Yale Saturday, in its last Ivy meet of the season.

"On the whole, it was not too impressive for us," Co-Captain Jeff Levy said.

Women's Fencing

Although the Harvard women's fencing team only took fourth in Saturday's New Englands, several individual members of the squad fared quite well.
