What exactly is the Harvard administration waiting for in its evaluation of the Pi Eta Club.
The latest Proutrage--its newsletter solicitation for gang rape comes on the heels of, as I recall, a mass alcohol overdose at one party and the permanent crippling of a student at another. Surely (I hope) the administration would have cracked down on a group that fostered racism or anti-semitism under the pretense of imbecilic but victimless boozing. Why is sexism different' Perhaps it wouldn't be if there were more than a few women in the administration. In a university that is justly proud of a reputation for fair play, the Pi is an insult to all "Veritas" is a far more distinguished credo than "Boys will be boys."
