A recently released study at Penn State University has found that nearly one in four university women are sexually harassed during their years at the school.
The study, conducted over the past three years by assistant professor of sociology Michael Johnson found that faculty members accounted for 68 percent of all incidents of harassment. Graduate students were the culprits 20 percent of the time, and a miscellaneous group which included laboratory assistants and other personnel, made up the remaining 12 percent.
