The Harvard golf team travelled to New Jersey this weekend for its opening spring match against Princeton and Yale. The Crimson, with a score of 406, finished third in the tournament behind the Tigers' 390 and the Elis' 397.

Leading the Crimson was sophomore Chet Nastala shooting a 78, and Richard Nichols and Co-Captain Jon Posle, who both shot scores of 80.

The linksters will attempt to improve their 0-2 record today when they take on Amherst and hometown rival Tufts here in Boston.
