Water Polo Team Pools Talent for New Season

The men's water polo team-in the pool for only the second time as a varsity squad-had its first dunking last night, losing to the Engineers of MIT, 12-10.

Hawaiian freshman David Fazi led the Crimson with three goals and five assists, while teammate Steve Munatones chipped in two goals and three assists. Houston Hall collected a single tally and a pair of assists.

Goalie Rich Reed turned away 10 of the 22 shots on goal and wound up the game with three steals.

The loss sinks Harvard's record to 1-1 on the season, and chances are it may drop further- the Crimson, who beat the Wildcats of UNH earlier in the season, face UCLA's number two ranked Bruins Thursday at Blodgett at 8:30 p.m.
