Garber Privately Tells Faculty That Harvard Must Rethink Messaging After GOP Victory
To the Editors of the Crimson:
The plight of Harvard undergraduate Emeka Ezera, arrested in the Park Street station for allegedly snatching a purse the night before while he was actually researching a paper with the staff of Lamont Library deserves our attention and support. The Harvard community should and must rally around one of its own in a time of financial and emotional need. Boston's court system and police force must be made to realize that there is some accountability for mistaken identity.
Look in The Crimson and in your dining halls for the time of Ezera's trial on April 3. Attend the trial and demonstrate support for one of your own. Next time the mistake might be made about you, and if you do not happen to have those witnesses.... Scott Malkin '80
