Former President Richard M. Nixon has declined an invitation from the Harvard-Radcliffe Republican Club to speak at Harvard, Kathy E. Duey '79, president of the Republican Club, said last night.

Duey added that Nixon may accept an invitation to speak at Yale next fall. Details in tomorrow's Crimson.
