Larry Brown OK

Crimson quarterback Larry Brown, flattened by a blindside hit just after his touchdown pass late in the fourth quarter of Saturday's loss, is OK.

Brown spent Saturday night at Stillman Infirmary, where doctors feared he might have broken ribs or spleen damage. But the diagnosis registered nothing more than bruised ribs, and the senior signalcaller expects to be fine for practice this week.

"They're going to X-ray it again tomorrow," Brown said yesterday, but it's really going to be okay."
