At its annual break-up dinner last night at the Harvard Club of Boston, the Crimson gridders announced that junior defensive back Steve Potysman will captain next year's squad.

Potysman started all but one contest this fall, and finished the season as one of the bright lights in the Crimson secondary. He will succeed defensive tackle Steve Kaseta as Harvard's captain, the 105th in Crimson history.

Joining Potysman in the awards circle were senior fullback Chris Doherty (Frederick Greeley Crocker "Most Valuable Player" Award); senior linebacker Joe Jason (William Paine La Croix Trophy); senior middle guard Joe Malone (Henry N. Lamar Award); senior halfback Jon Sigillito (Robert F. Kennedy Award); and senior defensive end Russ Savage (Joseph E Wolf Award presented to the outstanding interior lineman).
