The decision on whether to allow a Dunkin' Donuts to be built on 24 Boylston St. has been stalled for more than two weeks by a backlog of cases in the Middlesex County Superior Court.

Court Clerk William Johnston said late this week that the case may come up some time next week, but that he could not yet be sure of the exact date.
