Sheldon Cohen, owner of Out of Town News Inc., said yesterday students who missed several deliveries the week of January 7 because of the change in the Harvard vacation schedule will be able to pick up refunds during the week starting May 6.

Cohen said he was meeting later this week with Archie C. Epps III, dean of students, to iron out procedural matters. "The money will probably be deposited at a bank in the area and the newspaper delivery boys will pass out flyers telling students where to go."

Out of Town News handles on-campus delivery of the Boston Globe, The New York Times, and The Harvard Crimson, through its subsidiary, Harvard Campus News.

Epps, when contacted yesterday, said that he was meeting with Cohen this week, but that he did not realize Cohen was going to discuss the question of refunds with him. "The meeting is about delivery in general," he said.
