A promoter for the Muhammad Ali - George Foreman heavyweight boxing championship predicted that as many as one billion people could watch tonight's fight.

Over 425 locations in the United States and Canada with a potential of 2.5 million seats have been set up for closed circuit television broadcast of the fight.

In all, more than 60 countries have closed circuit television rights to the fight, which will be held in Zaire.
