Guys and Dolls. A Damon Runyon character once bet 5 to 1 for the underdog "Harvards" over the "Yales" in the New London crew races because he figured nothing in life had odds much better than 5 to 4. The irresistable folk of Runyon's Manhattan underworld gang-up with Frank Loesser's superb songs to make this a musical offer no audience could refuse.

One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest. Ken Kesey's bughouse drama stagified. A few critics call the dramatization hackwork but some Kesey fans swear by it.

Don Juan in Hell. Without benefit of props, costumes or scenery Paul Henried, Ricardo Montalban, Edward Mulhare and Agnes Moorhead sizz'e through George Bernard Shaw's intellectual chatter in an uncommonly brilliant production of "Man and Superman's" long third act.

Petrilled Forest. The Loeb is determined to quench the local appetite for dramas of the Depression West and there is no reason why Sherwood Anderson's classic shouldn't leave the customers satisfied.
