David L. Halberstam '55 will speak on "Reasons for the Vietnam War" at 7:45 p.m. tonight in Cabot Hall Living Room. Halberstam is author of "The Best and the Brightest," a study of the personalities responsible for the Vietnam war: The Study Group on the Vietnam War of the Institute of Politics will sponsor the address which is open to the public.
