The Visiting Committee of the Center for International Affairs (CFIA) held a secret meeting yesterday in Boston in order to avoid possible disruption by SDS. CFIA Director Robert R. Bowie refused to disclose the meeting's exact whereabouts or its contents.

Former Secretary of Defense Robert S. McNamara and Henry S. Rowen, president of the Rand Corporation, were among those who attended.
