Water Poloists Harvard's Cro

The Harvard Water Polo Club is eyeing with caution this weekend's New England Tournament after having to scramble to a 11-9 double overtime victory over M. I. T. last weekend to win the Greater Boston Tournament.

Harvard outgunned an overmatched Tufts team, 22-6, in the preliminary round of the Greater Boston, but the surprisingly strong Engineers nearly ended the Crimson's undefeated string of 32 straight victories.

In the New England Tournament, Harvard will have to defend its title against M. I. T. To do so, the Crimson must prevent another come-from-behind surge by the Engineers.

The Crimson was leading comfortably, 6-3, at halftime of the Greater Boston Tourney, but lost its advantage midway through the fourth period when the Engineers tied the score, 9-9. After a scoreless first overtime, freshman Peter Kellog put the Crimson ahead at the beginning of the second overtime
