Incoming freshmen--who about this time in August are plagued with mailings that purportedly tell them all about Harvard--will receive at least one pamphlet this year that describes the College in something less than bucolic terms.
The Committee of Fifteen is currently mailing a 77-page pamphlet to all students and officers of the Faculty of Arts and Sciences, including incoming freshmen.
The pamphlet contains the reports that the Committee presented to the Faculty on June 9th: An Interim Report on the Causes of the Recent Crisis; A Report on Disciplinary Decisions; and A Resolution on Rights and Responsibilities.
The pamphlet also contains the projected plans for Working Group Three, a sub-group of the Committee charged with recommending changes in the governance of the University.
A Final Interim Report on the Causes of the Crisis will be issued during the fall. The final reports--including the one on restructuring--are to be completed by the Spring of 1970.
