Israeli pianist Ophra Yerushalami will give a benefit recital 8:30 p.m. Saturday night in Sanders Theatre, in support of a campaign to end illiteracy in Ethiopia.
Volunteer Teachers for Africa, a PBH group, is sponsoring the concert. Profits will go to the Committee for Ethiopian Literacy, a four-year-old organization of Ethiopian students in the United States with headquarters at Harvard.
Mrs. Yerushalami will play works of Schubert, Chopin, Seter, and Debussy.
