"He's back" was the word yesterday as JOHN U. MONRO '35, the mythical former dean of Harvard College, made the Cambridge scene. He's in town to address the American Association of Internal Medicine tomorrow at the Statler Hilton in Boston.
MONRO, according to the Dean's Office, had come from his summer home in Maine and would later continue south to Miles College in Birmingham, Ala., where he is director of freshman studies.
He had the same understanding smile as he checked to see if his old chair in University Hall still fitted. It did.
