The University has announced the appointments of three assistant planning officers effective July 1. The Corporation has approved the appointments. The new officers are Richard Norton Fryberger. Harld Field Kellogg, Jr., and Josef Stasa. All of them have been with Harvard at least three years.
Cecil A. Roberts, Director of Buildings and Grounds and of the Planning Office, said that the men will be working on the proposed new science center. They will program the new building after getting data from faculty members on what space is needed and what it will be used for. This information will be passed on to the architects.
