Thomas Boylston Adams, a direct descendant of presidents and a Democratic candidate for the Senate, will speak tonight at 8 p.m. in Emerson 105.

Adams will be joined by Gerald Holton, professor of physics, Mark DeWolfe Howe '28, professor of law, and Carl Oglesby, the president of Students for a Democratic Society (SDS).

Adams is running as a "peace candidate" in the September primary. His opponents are former governor Endicott Peabody '42, who has the party endorsement, and Boston mayor John F. Collins.
