Peter Gagarin, a fast-improving junior, was elected captain of next year's Alpine skiing team last night. Gagarin, who was just awarded an A rating by the U.S. Eastern Amateur Ski Association, paced Harvard's slalom skiers in the recent Middlebury Carnival where he finished 14th.
Jim Sise '67, a standout in both cross-country and jumping, was chosen captain of the 1967 Nordic ski squad. Sise won the Class C jumping event at Andover, Me, last week.
