Harvard's Young Republican Club and the Massachusetts Young Republican Association will present Governor John Volpe the Republican "Man of the Year" award at a dinner tonight in the Hotel Sheraton Commander.
The presentation will conclude the daylong Republican Issue Forum featuring panels and speeches by college professors and federal, state, and local officials
Today's agenda begins with an urban affairs panel from 10:45 a.m. to noon in Burr Hall A. From 1:30 p.m. to 2:45 p.m., there will be a discussion of Vietnam in Emerson 210, followed by a panel on the poverty program and civil rights led by Congressman Arch A. Moore Jr. (R-W. Va.) in the same room.
