The winners of the annual Harvard-Radcliffe Orchestra concerto contest were Allan D. Vogel '65, of Adams House and New York City, an oboeist, and Robert D. Levin '68, of Greenough Hall and Rosedale, N.Y., a pianist. The two will play in a concerto concert with the Orchestra in the spring.
Wilbur R. Knor, Jr. '67, of Winthrop House and West Islip, N.Y., has been elected manager of the HRO. Franceska Blake '67, of Jordan House and New York City, is HRO's new librarian.
