Radcliffe this week became as much an integral part of the Harvard bureaucracy as the Museum of Comparative Zoology. Effective last Wednesday, Radcliffe offices received official extensions on the main University telephone number, UN 8-7600.
The compact women's college down Garden St. fits neatly into the 3600 series extensions on the Harvard number, requiring only three extensions on the 3000 series to accommodate all its offices. President Bunting's extension has, for example, been changed from 201 to 3601.
Radcliffe's old number, UN4-8100 will remain in operation, at least for the time being, but is now answered by Harvard operators. The Harvard information service will handle Radcliffe information also under the new system.
