Harvard Students Win 2 Henry Fellowships

William D. Phelan, Jr. '64 and Stephen C. Harrison '63 have won Henry Fellowships for study at either Oxford or Cambridge next year.

The fellowships are awarded annually to two Harvard and two Yale students; the program also provides fellowships for English students to come to Harvard and Yale.
