Visser't Hooft, general secretary of the World Council of Churches since 1948, will deliver the first of four William Belden Noble Lectures, entitled "The Substance of the Ecumenical Encounter," at 8 p.m. tonight in Memorial Church. Dr. Visser't Hooft will speak tonight on "Right or Wrong in Inter-Church Relationships."
