Willem A. Visser't Hooft, general secretary of the World Council of Churches since 1948, will deliver the first of four William Belden Noble Lectures, entitled "The Substance of the Ecumenical Encounter," at 8 p.m. tonight in Memorial Church. Dr. Visser't Hooft will speak tonight on "Right or Wrong in Inter-Church Relationships."
