Orange and Blue, a short film made by Peter Chermayoff '57, now a student at the Graduate School of Design, is currently playing at the Fenway Theatre in Boston. The movie was produced as an experiment in film-making technique for a course given at the Peabody Museum Film Study Center during the Fall of 1960. Several follow graduate students assisted Chermayoff, including Joseph Raposo '53, who composed the musical accompaniment.

Shot locally, Orange and Blue is a visual exploration of a junkyard, portrayed as the adventure of two bouncing balls who explore and play like small children. It has an unhappy ending.
