The finals of the annual freshman and House boxing tournament will be held this afternoon in the IAB starting at 4 p.m.

House boxers matched in today's championship bouts are: 125 lb. class, Steve Josephs of Dudley vs. Jim McNeely of Dudley; 135 lb., Jack D'Arcy of Dudley vs. Henry Applebaum of Kirkland; 145 lb., Bill Smith of Dudley vs. Zeke Azikiwe of Quincy; 155 lb., Bill Keough of Dudley vs. Jim Krindl of Quincy; 165 lb., Bob Hagebak of Leverett vs. Richard Jones of Kirkland; 175 lb., Bob Guzzi of Eliot vs. Jon Cook of Kirkland; unlimited: Rick Rice of Adams vs. Jim Ullyot of Quincy.

In yesterday's semi-final matches D'Arcy TKO'd Robert Elliott of Lowell at :50 of the second round; Smith decisioned James Hopkins of Winthrop; Keough decisioned Richard Silberg of Kirkland; Jones decisioned Barry Sieger of Dudley; Hagebak decisioned Ken Silvera of Dudley; Guzzi decisioned Joe Minotti of Dunster; Ullyot decisioned Ray Waltkins of Kirkland; and Rice TKO'd Mike Bell of Dudley at 1:40 of the third round. Bouts are made up of three two-minute rounds.

In the freshman title fights today are: 125 lb., Richard Martin of Holworthy vs. George Plecxenil of Thayer North; 125 lb., Dan Chasen of Wigglesworth vs. Doug Connors of Pennypacker; 145 lb., John Barr of Thayer North vs. Bill Beer of Matthews North ; 155 lb., Todd Cobey of Matthews North vs. Steve Most of Holworthy; 165 lb., Jim Tucker of Thayer North vs. Dave Martin of Thayer North; 175 lb., Richard Wilson of Straus South vs. Jim Brooke of Mower; unlimited, Bill Johnson of Grays vs. Bruce Henderson of Lionel.
