As expected, the fencing team lost its meet at NYU Saturday. The Crimson showed its usual competence, but unfortunately so did the Violets. At the end of the afternoon the score was 19-8.

The NYU fencers, who usually succeed in impressing everyone with their unusual abilities, succeeded again Saturday. In the foil matches, Harvard, through the efforts of Jai Yuh, claimed one victory out of nine attempts.

In the epee, Nick Spitzer and Jon Reckler each won two events. Fencing Saber, John Kennedy had two victories and Paul Winig added one to complete the Crimson scoring.
