SANE's protest against the Framingham bomb shelter entered its second week yesterday as picket lines formed again in front of the Massachusetts State House.
The lines yesterday were considerably larger than those for the first demonstration, and at one time 120 people were marching. This demonstration, like the first one, was very quiet.
Leaders of the protest expressed satisfaction with yesterday's turnout, although Gordon Levin, teaching fellow in English, plans to move to the Boston Common for future demonstrations. "We'll take it to the masses!"
In addition to the weekly picketing, Gabriel M. Kolko, teaching follow in History, revealed that the group will probably have a bill introduced in the legislature in the near future which would nullity the shelter program. He also announced plans for a delegation of eminent scientists to approach Governor Volpe in an attempt to show scientific fallacies in the shelter plan.
