DEBATERS BEAT 50 TEAMS IN INVITATIONAL TOURNEY

Charles A. Stevenson '63 and Arden G. Doss '64 won first place Saturday in the Tufts Invitational Debate Tournament, attended by over 50 colleges from ten states. They won all six preliminary rounds and beat M.I.T. in the semifinal round and Holy Cross in the finals.

Harvard's combined team of Stevenson, Doss, James H. Broussard '63, and Robert H. Donaldson '64 also won the first place team trophy.

The question debated was "Resolved, That labor organizations should be subject to anti-trust legislation."
