HAVANA, Cuba, Dec. 15--A tourist supposedly vacationing in the scenic Sierra Maestra Mountains was captured today and exposed as a Yankee imperialist spy while distributing counter-revolutionary propaganda under the guise of humor.

But in the true holiday spirit "which prevails over this happy island," the Cuban leaders will postpone the scheduled firing squad in return for 30 heavy duty tractors.

A hastily formed Tractors for Ibis Committee is trying to raise the necessary funds by Monday.
